Professor Wu Chenguang and Associate Professor Wu Ji of Our School Edited a Special Issue on Big Data Analytics and forecasting for the High-level Journal IJCHM as Guest Editors

Recently, Professor Wu Chenguang and Associate Professor Wu Ji of our school, and Professor Song Haiyan from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, Hong Kong Polytechnic University have served as guest editors for the high-level journal International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (IJCHM). The special issue " Big data analytics and forecasting in hospitality and tourism " organized and edited by them was officially published.

IJCHM is recognized as one of the top journals in international tourism and hotel management academia, with a high-level impact factor of 6.514 in 2020. Since the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University became the overseas editorial department of IJCHM in 2012, the School of Business, has successfully completed the organization and editing of three special issues of IJCHM.

The "Big data analytics and forecasting" special issue includes a total of 17 papers, and the authors come from 11 countries or regions, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Austria, South Korea, and Thailand.

The co-publication of special issues of IJCHM series reflects the level of international cooperation in hotel and tourism research of our school, promotes the international exchange of disciplines, and enhances the international academic influence of tourism-related disciplines.
