Workshop on the Development Plan for the Key Field of Sun Yat-sen University "Governance Modernization" and the Construction Plan for the First-class Discipline of the School of Business was Successfully Held

On October 23rd, 2021, workshop on the development plan for the key field of Sun Yat-sen University "Governance Modernization" and the construction plan for the first-class discipline of the School of Business was held in Guangzhou.

Vice President Li Shanmin gave a welcome speech. He introduced Sun Yat-sen University's school-running experience and achievements in recent years. Executive Associate Dean Liu Mei introduced the background, development ideas and work ideas of the construction of the expert committee in the nine key research fields of Sun Yat-sen University.

Professor Li Xinchun introduced the development plan report in the key field of "Governance Modernization".

Associate Dean Zheng Guojian gave a report on the construction plan of the first-class discipline of Business Administration in Sun Yat-sen University, introducing the construction objectives, main construction tasks and important measures of our university during the "14th Five-year Plan".

While fully affirming the research and discipline construction of Sun Yat-sen University, the experts at the meeting put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on how to implement research and discipline construction, promote cross-integration of research and innovative development. This meeting is of great significance for improving the development plan for the key field of our university "Governance Modernization" and promoting the construction of first-class discipline of the School of Business.
