The Paper of Professor Xie Lishan's Research Team Won the Excellent Paper in 2020 by Tourism Tribune

On November 13th, 2021, the 35th China Tourism Research Annual Conference by Tourism Tribune was grandly opened in Shanghai. The paper "How to go from co-destruction to co-existence? - The impact of customized tourism value co-destruction and value restoration on word-of-mouth" won the Excellent Paper in 2020 by Tourism Tribune.

The paper uses the research methods by combining qualitative and quantitative, based on the theory of resource preservation, to explore the impact of value co-destruction on the negative word-of-mouth, examine the mediating role of customer disappointment and the moderating role of value restoration types. While revealing the effect of value co-destruction under customized tourism scenarios, it also explores the relief mechanism of value co-destruction, which has enriched the empirical research results of value co-destruction and its impact.
