Guangzhou Development Research on the Theme of "China's Innovation Theory and Construction of First-class Enterprises"

Since March 2022, under the auspices of Professor Wang Fan - President Assistant of Sun Yat-sen University and Dean of the School of Business, and Xie Manhua - Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business, and led and organized by Professor Liu Jingyan - Associate Dean of our school, the special research and teaching seminar on the theme of "China's Innovation Theory and Construction of First-class Enterprises" have extracted "Corporate Governance Innovation under the Leadership of the Party Committee" and other key points and course direction. Professor Xie Kang proposed this course based on his years of experience in enterprise management, and organized the first enterprise research for the course content design.

In order to improve and promote the course content design, on the morning of May 5th, 2022, Professor Zheng Guojian - Associate Dean of our school, Professor Xie Kang, and Professor Xiao Jinghua, went to Guangzhou Development Group Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as GDG) to conduct enterprise research and discuss on the topic of "Corporate Governance Innovation under the Leadership of the Party Committee", one of the themes of "China's Innovation Theory and Construction of First-class Enterprises".
