The relocation of the 2021 undergraduate students of the School of Business has been successfully completed
On July 19th, 2022, under the unified deployment of the university and with the joint efforts of faculties and students of the school, the 2021 undergraduate students of the School of Business successfully completed the relocation from the South Campus of Guangzhou Campus to the East Campus.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the relocation work, the leadership team of the school held several special meetings to discuss the relocation plan, and held special Q&A sessions on the actual situation of the school, program cultivation plan, characteristic activities and relocation plan, etc, and also organized ice-breaking activities and class committee elections after diversion to promote orderly relocation.
At the grade meeting and relocation mobilization meeting, the counselor Mao Shuirong of class enrolled in 2021 further pointed out that it is necessary to clarify responsibilities and help each other, and emphasized that in the process of relocation, safety is always the first priority, and it is necessary to relocate in a civilized manner to show the good style of the students of the School of Business.
On the day of the relocation, Zhang Yifang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Business, and all the faculties of the student affairs team of the school coordinated the on-site work. All the staff assisted the students to carry their luggage to the dormitory. The whole relocation process was well organized, safe and orderly. The relocation of 203 undergraduate students enrolled in 2021 was successfully completed.
After the relocation work, faculties from the student affairs team of the school visited the student dormitory, learned about the students' thoughts about entering the School of Business and moving to the new dormitory, and encouraged them to adapt as soon as possible.
